Paul Dechering received his PhD at the university of Delft, The Netherlands, for his work on optimisations for parallel and distributed systems. He has since fulfilled many functions in R&D, health care, and commercial environments. He has given numerous lectures and presentations, and is author of many papers. He is confident with knowledge transfers for a public of all kinds. He expanded his expertise in being an advisor for largescale software projects, a strategist for product development and innovation, a partner and founder in several software companies, and architect and software engineer of a unique middleware/network for distributed real-time databases.
Using his skills and experience he currently lectures at the Eastern Institute of Technology while also working as an advisor and consultant for the IT industry.
Paul has overseen the development of Woogloo V3 since late 2009 and continues to drive the project to meet the most stringent levels of robustness and compliance in all areas.
Paul lives in New Zealand and enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities. He also can't wait to get his hands on the next new gadget that becomes available. When he is not in the outback he loves to explore and adopt new technology and apply that in his IT projects.
