Payment Gateway OptionsFor automated credit card transactions, Woogloo is currently integrated with the following payment gateways: - WorldPay (www.worldpay.com) – International
- Positives:
- Very easy to deal with – 24/7 telephone help service (international call required).
- No need for a merchant account (cheaper and less hassle)
- Multicurrency without delay – i.e. you don’t potentially get stung by exchange rate changes.
- Automated future pay system for automated subscription payments – all fully integrated with Woogloo's automated Invoice/Statement system.
- Negatives:
- Payments can only be transferred from the WorldPay system to your account at the end of a month.
- PayPal (www.paypal.com) – International
- Positives:
- Free set-up.
- No need for a merchant account (cheaper and less hassle)
- Multicurrency without delay – i.e. you don’t potentially get stung by exchange rate changes.
- Automated future pay system for automated subscription payments – all fully integrated with Woogloo's automated Invoice/Statement system.
- Negatives:
- This solution has had issues in the past that seem to have now been resolved. We are currently testing them by using them ourselves before we can fully recommend them.
- PayStation (www.paystation.co.nz) – New Zealand
- Positives:
- Payments transferred to your merchant account overnight.
- Negatives:
- Requires a New Zealand bank merchant account – hard to get and adds extra expense and set-up costs.
- No automatic future payment system – currently.
- Multiple currency transactions only available with a BNZ Merchant account and conversions are calculated on a delayed basis, which exposes you to currency fluctuations.
- DPS/Payment Express (www.dps.co.nz) – International
- Positives:
- Payments transferred to your merchant account overnight.
- Automated future pay system for automated subscription payments – can be fully integrated with Woogloo's automated Invoice/Statement system.
- Negatives:
- Requires a New Zealand bank merchant account – i.e. hard to get and adds extra expense and set-up costs.
- Multiple currency transactions only available with a BNZ Merchant account and conversions are calculated on a delayed basis, which exposes you to currency fluctuations.
- ZipZap (www.zipzap.co.nz) – New Zealand
- Positives:
- Payments transferred to your merchant account overnight.
- Automated future pay system for automated subscription payments – can be fully integrated with Woogloo's automated Invoice/Statement system.
- Negatives:
- Requires a New Zealand bank merchant account – i.e. hard to get and adds extra expense and set-up costs.
- Multiple currency transactions only available with a BNZ Merchant account and conversions are calculated on a delayed basis, which exposes you to currency fluctuations.
- Have had issues with some integrations to this solution and your bank may not be supported.
- PayMate (www.paymate.com.au) - New Zealand/Australia
- This solution is integrated to Woogloo.
- However, we have not had enough exposure to this gateway to have formed any real opinions. However, the return data is very limited and therefore Woogloo is unable to guarentee full integration with our complete solution.
- PayPro (www.paypro.co.nz) - New Zealand
- This solution is integrated to Woogloo.
- Currently they have no options for recurring payments.
- eWay (www.eway.com.au) - Australia
- This solution is integrated to Woogloo.
- The full recurring payment billing system has not as yet been integrated.
If you require us to integrate to another solution there will be a charge of $450 + GST for simple integration and $1500 + GST for more complex solutions. It would pay to talk to us about your needs before you choose your payment gateway as we have had experience with a number of different systems and can rcommend the best solution for your needs.
